What we store

• Your account: email address, optional name, plan and role.
• Session details: title, mode, goal, questions, AI answers and summaries.
• Transcript text, only when you turn on saving for that session.
• Text extracted from documents you upload. The original files are not kept.
• Usage records used for plan limits.

What we do not store

Audio is processed in memory and never saved. We do not use your conversations or documents to train models, and we do not sell personal data.

Who processes your data

• Vercel: hosting and the AI Gateway that routes AI requests.
• Neon: database.
• AI model providers reached through the AI Gateway: audio, transcript excerpts and document excerpts are sent to them to produce transcripts and answers.
• Resend: delivery of sign-in email.

Other people in your calls

When you turn on NORDON, it processes what other participants say. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and for telling them where the law or their organization requires it. NORDON gives you a notice you can post in the chat.

Your choices

You can export all your data as JSON from Settings, delete any session or document, and delete your account, which removes everything linked to it. Backups may hold deleted data until they expire.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
