NORDON is provided by Sodasoft LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Use NORDON only where recording and AI assistance are permitted by law and by the rules of the conversation. You are responsible for getting any consent that applies, and for telling participants when that is required.

Do not use NORDON in exams, in assessments or interviews that forbid assistance, or to monitor people secretly.

AI output

Transcripts, answers and summaries can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it or repeat it.

Your content

Your documents and conversations stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. Do not upload content you have no right to use.

Plans and limits

Each plan has limits for each month, or for the length of a pass, shown under Usage & plan. We may pause free usage at busy times, and suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by opening many free accounts, or that break these terms.

Payments, renewals and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout where they apply. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Usage & plan, Manage billing, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. An Interview Pass is a one-time payment that ends after its stated number of days and does not renew.

If something went wrong with a payment, write to support@nordon.ai within 14 days and we will refund it where the service did not work as described. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Service and liability

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using AI output.
